They are abundant at Hmart in various packaging such as tube shaped so you would slice it at home, presliced in a bag, etc. Here’s a maangchi recipe if you want to make it at home!

Shitttt you responded too fast before I could edit. Go to mitsuwa in edgewater they have a whole pickle section called tsukemono, all sorts of this stuff. But yeah I think you can get them in jars or plastic.
