Hi!

I've been having this problem for a while where my notifications aren't popping up as banners, or on the lock screen. They appear in the notification centre and that's it. The only solution I have at the moment is to restart my phone. My phone is not on do not disturb. I have checked that and all of my apps are set to notify with banners. It's rather frustrating as I've missed text messages and other important notifications. I have an apple watch series 8 and it doesn't get the notifications either.

Any suggestions on how to fix this would be super appreciate.

For reference, I am using an iPhone 13 pro max running the latest software version.

Do you have a ‘focus’ running?

I had the same issue with the Apple Watch. Pairing and unpairing seemed to do the trick. I also went to settings>notifications in the watch app on the iphone and turned off the notifications for apps, waited a few minutes, an turned back on the notifications. This last thing was recommended somewhere online.

I had an issue with this too. Mainly with an android user I was texting and once in a great while one iphone user. But once I stopped texting the android user it seemed to fix itself (or new update fixed it). Don't really have an answer, resetting the phone and watch only temporarily fixed it and focus wasn't the issue either. Hopefully it gets fixed soon!
