They are an ad company just like Google except they’re also involved in crypto stuff and they have a history of pulling shady moves whenever profitable

I know some website have more ads than content, but some site are just doing ads as it’s supposed to do. They earn income with it.
Replacing that income with your own well, that’s dirty

Misleading wording. The only ads they use are on the new tab page. Hundreds of companies partner with it like Verizon and what not. These are the Brave ads you turn off by disabling the sponsored image in your new tab settings.
