I've probably accidentally clicked on a million popups since popups first became a thing on the internet. No viruses or malware as a result. Just back out of/kill wherever it takes you to.

Close those pop ups, if you don’t want them, extensions like 1Blocker and AdGuard can block those redirects.

I have just used common sense and stayed away from sketchy links and what not and I have had 0 issues
