I use this one. Never had an issue with it. Only issue is if you have a larger case on your airpods (I have a waterproof case due to accidentally leaving them in my pocket and then going through the wash more than once) it has some trouble finding the connection for the wireless charging but I just take the case off and it works great.

I bought the same Belkin from eBay for much cheaper. It works great and is authentic.
