Go to Privacy in Setting > Location Services > Find “Siri & Dictation” > Set to “while using the app” or “always” (I recommend only while using).

Its well known that Siri sucks ass now. I wish we could have the option to replace it with google assistant.

I don’t know what happened but it can’t tell the weather anymore. Weather has location access on always.
