Guessing you have a managed device. Verify it under settings and vpn and device management. Only the person/company who set it up can remove it

yup, even on safari when I search "appstore" and click open app it says that the adress is inacurate or wrong

Like other user said it can be setup and removed by whoever has family authorization

Seems like a managed device, where no app installation is allowed. I think you have to ask your company, your school or your parents.

The previous question is my same one, but I don’t mean safari. If you do the search function for within the phone, do you find it? This is what I had to do with my old phone, also for Apple TV on my current phone- pull the screen down and search, then it would pop up. Does that work?
