I used to have this problem when I tested apps using developer mode but I disabled developer mode and it’s been working fine until now.

Swipe to the left on your home screen. That’s the app library.

If you have a VPN turn it off or delete it. It shows you out of the location where that app was purchased it won’t show in the App Store.
