I am trying to download files and photos from Google drive to my IPhone 14PM. I see a message stating preparing to export but nothing happens after that. I don’t find the file in my phone storage. Any leads will be helpful. Thank you

Files like that would only be in the files app.

Thanks for sharing the link. Yes I did go through few forums. The problem is that I don’t get an option to choose the folder at all in the first place. Basically just nothing happens after it shows preparing for download

Yes, it doesn’t give me an option where to store it. And don’t find them in files app. But I see the photo in photos app in recent album.

Did you figure it out? I’m experiencing the same issue. I also cannot grant Drive access to my photos from the privacy settings. It’s super frustrating.
