I‘m always amazed how people drop phones from no real height and they look like some car drove over it.
I use the leather case for years now and dropped my phone countless times and never had any issues…

What did you drop it onto?
A workbench where someone was hammering stuff?

Did you drop it into a anvil and the blacksmith just happen to smash it with a hammer? Nothing else explains that damage

I’ve dropped this phone a lot in the previous case and there was never an issue, then after I bought the leather case I was shopping in olde navy and dropped it from waist/pocket height and this happened 🤷🏻‍♂️

especially looking around the camera module, you can tell this is repeat droppings on a hard surface

That is why I don’t buy apple cases.

hmm weird.. the damage does not look like a fall from waist with a case on... Camera looks like it took a blow..

Yeah that was weird to me too, cause the Apple case has the lip around the camera to protect it
