You’ll be surprised how far Apple will go to make us the consumer smiling out the store.

I’ve had my screen and depth camera replaced by Apple on my 12 Pro (512GB) out of warranty. Thanks Apple xoxo!

I don’t know man the genius bar gods are all just weirdly welcoming and nice on my appointments.

I’ve had two separate repairs(screen and front depth camera replaced) that would be worth upgrading rather than repairing my iPhone.

I really believe you should take yours in to have them treat you well.

Did you drop your phone and does all 3 cameras function as normal?

I dropped my 13 pro and that message popped up for me and my main camera was the only camera that functioned after. Apple replaced my camera unit once then did a complete back swap for me.

I didn't, phone was on my desk when I received a notification for a text message, raised it to unlock with face ID and the message popped. Strange thing is that the 0.5x works on every setting but regular photo mode. It works on video, pano, slow mo, etc.
