I’m thinking of downgrading from my 14 PM to a 14 pro. Is anyone familiar with how much Apple gives for trade ins on the 14PM? I’ve searched online but obviously since it’s the latest and greatest not many folks are trading it in to downsize so I’ve found nothing.

Apple doesn't take trade-ins on their new-gen phones. You would have to sell it on eBay or Swappa or on some other site.
