I'm pretty sure they are all factory calibrated (typically very very well) to d65 white point and sRGB color space.

They are capable of it (actually it's Display P3 which is a variant of DCI-P3 developed by Apple), but only switch to it when viewing HDR content (and maybe photos and videos taken by the phone). Otherwise it's always in sRGB.

In that case I'm not too sure. I just switched from Android to iPhone a few weeks ago, I know on my S21 there was a color temperature adjustment slider, not sure if the same is present somewhere on iPhone or not.
