This might be an odd question, do you have your phone plugged into Android Auto/Apple Car play in your car regularly? I had a Bolt EV 2021 that I suspected caused this situation with my phone when plugged into the usb ports. I had a cellphone repair shop repair the phone, which tested fine while I was in the store, I brought it out to my car, plugged it in to the car and got the warning on my S20 yet again.

Interesting. I occasionally get this with a cheap cable plugged into a cigarette lighter adapter, and had assumed it was the cable, but now I wonder if it's condensation from a cable left in the car in winter.
