All you’ve got to do is remember a code and set up Touch/ Face ID. It’s not rocket science.

You don’t. You set up the code, then use Touch/Face ID for authentication.

In this day and age, not having a passcode on your phone could lead to all of your personal information being stolen and leaked if your phone is ever stolen from you.

No. You need a passcode as a backup. Have you never tried looking at a user guide? Or are you high on something?

Yes, I am. It prevents access to personal data. So you could give someone the phone, and they would need to erase it to sell it, removing your personal data.
