As far as I understand, it can be used to unlock for another country but it won’t help with the blacklist in the same country where the blacklist occurred. I would double check with the site where you buy the RSIM.

Yeah I thought the networks didn’t share the blacklist, I’ll probably give to a friend internationally otherwise after I try it.
