Been there done that also mentally unstable one of the people there left there mic on as they told a different employee that “He was a bad boyfriend you deserve better” and so yk

Yeah at that point they are not the problem here. You clearly need to relax a bit and try calling them again because every call they make is recorded so I highly doubt that they are being so careless that you would hear something like that. Also the fact that both solutions you have been provided with, you instantly come up with reasons why you can't do it so that also speaks volumes as well here. Also the fact you keep mentioning "Mentally Unstable" I highly doubt every person you have spoken with hasn't been able to at least try to help, you seem like someone who didn't like what they had to say so you're making your own narrative, which I will tell you ASAP will not help you.
