That’s good news, I think everybody already knows about this but I would suggest my fellow Redditors (who uses windows) to try out “Intel Unison” app; I myself use it to link my windows pc to my iPhone and it works fine!

As far as I understand, this Phone Link app is only available for beta/insider testers right now?

And the Intel Unison app is only compatible with Evo laptops?

EDIT: So I was incorrect, but I'll leave this up for posterity's sake. I wasn't able to find the Intel Unison app in the Microsoft Store app itself, but I did search for and find the app on the store website.

After downloading there, I was able to link my phone to my PC.

Even though officially Unison app is compatible with only EVO platforms but in reality it could be run by any Intel Processors! So yeah that covers a lot of options!

I tried it. It's not super reliable. That was my experience. There is no support for group iMessage conversations. When someone in the group iMessages, on the computer it appears as a message from that specific person. Unless there is some setting that I missed.

But notifications were very johnny on the spot. I actually had to turn them off. On the phone they seem ok because I set them up to be silent, but on the desktop it was just too much.

I can’t share my experience about iMessage; since I don’t use it that much (I mostly use WhatsApp) but when it comes other notifications or simply staying connected to my iPhone; Unison works well for me!

Has limitations on photos and group chats, but it's a good start!

So has anyone actually verified that this works with iMessage messages, and not only SMS messages? An "I think" answer from a marketing director isn't what I'd call confirmation.
