Go at the bottom, in the search box write “empty balance” and it will give you an option to ‘chat’ or ‘call’

I’d just let it go, that balance ain’t worth fighting over.

Apple can zero that out so you can change region. Just tell them you're switching regions.

Probably added a solid amount but then purchased items of varying costs and that’s just what got left over

I had 7 cent to get rid of before being able to change country after we had moved. I called Apple and they just removed them from my account. That was years ago though. Don’t know if they still do that or if there is a better way.

This is a pretty common occurrence because of .99 (I hate this) App Store prices so I wonder where this money goes and how much it’s added up to
