Well that's a red flag for hearing damage. Hopefully your phone really is underpowered.

It IS, i have a sandinsk clip ++ that even the 7hz zero i cant get UP to 70%

Ok really? If you're cranking volume up to 70% of maximum just to be able to hear it you really should see a doctor about it. Most generally decent people here would say the same thing - hearing damage sucks and losing it would be even worse.
