It IS underpowered, but i would like to aquire a dongle that could give It a boost even If little, without messing the treble.

It IS, i have a sandinsk clip ++ that even the 7hz zero i cant get UP to 70%

Ok really? If you're cranking volume up to 70% of maximum just to be able to hear it you really should see a doctor about it. Most generally decent people here would say the same thing - hearing damage sucks and losing it would be even worse.

If you insist on a dongle, the Qudelix 5K comes with a great equalizer that you can use to tweak the bass closer to your liking. It’s about $100 and offers great value in power and features for that price. It will also connect to your phone via Bluetooth, and you can clip it to your clothing for something closer to a wireless experience than you normally get from an IEM.
