They are removable tho?
they arnt i pulled hard enough that the protective coating was tearing
the old ones were
Huh? They are removable. Or do you have some vintage ones or something?
Bruh... What are you talking about?
The pads are NOT hard mounted.
the 250 ohm ones all black with grey felt? there is no way, and i bought them 2 years ago
these are the pro versions of that matters on the removable aspect.
im send a vid dude, someone glued them at the factory then, its tearing the paint if i pull it as hard as i need to.
They should be removable. the earpads are designed the same way for all of the dt series products 770 880 and 990s. I would say provide pics to prove otherwise. You need a knife or my personal favorite, an I-fixit kit plastic tool to pry on it the earpad lip that goes over the headphone cups
Why would someone GLUE the pads on at the factory, when the entire headphone is assembled without glue????
Mate, honestly, I think you are doing something VERY wrong!
Watch a YouTube tutorial if you cannot follow Beyerdynamics written instructions.

do u see what im sayin?

Did you buy them used?
Beyer pads are honestly some of the easiest pads to remove, clean, replace, etc.
Just remove them. They have been removable since they began production.

Yes, those have removable earpads.
Your links are getting filtered out. But yes, again. Those are removable. I don't know how or why you aren't able to.

🤪
watch the video i linked, how would i remove it with out breaking them
All beyers have removable pads. You are doing something wrong.
did u watch the video i linked?
You didn't link a video. Even if you did, it doesn't change the fact that beyer has never made a headphone that has non-removable pads. Either someone else glued your pads on, or you're doing it wrong.
look through the comments its a link, its just blue letters not a full link.
Your link must've gotten removed. Doesn't change my point, all beyer earpads are removable.

Just use some upholstery cleaner with a cloth.
