Usually a set that has a wide Soundstage. It's pretty cool hearing that.

That's a misconception in my opinion. Soundstage alone doesnt do much for locating sounds, Imaging capabilities matter far more. My HD560s are far better at it than the X2HR I had, even though X2HR has a massive soundstage.

Most headphones do when you use cross-feed plugin. The ones with more spacious sound do it better of course.

That indicates a good mix, though a good headphone can play that mix more accurately than a non good one.
