In ears with noise cancelling but without silicone tip

Hello together,

i was wondering if there are any in ears with noise cancelling but without the silicone tip. My problem is that i have very tight ears so for example the airpods pro don't sit well in my ears and fall out. Airpods gen 1-3 fit nice in my ear. My friend has a pair of huawei freebuds 4 and those are the thing that I mean. Are there any other in ears like those?

And yes I know that the noise cancelling will never be compareable with real in ears.

Thats not actually possibly I don't believe, since theres no seal with that type of earbud, you can't really seal out noise if that makes sense. If you want noise cancelling, you'll have to get an earphone with a silicone tip. Example of this is when Samsung did the whole Livebuds thing and that had ZERO noise cancelling despite having it built in.

Yeah okay. Then I will stick to my sony wh-1000xm2. Was just wondering if there are any pair that do have this feature and are actually working. The huawei pair does cancel a bit of sound

Yeah I don't believe without a seal to block out noise you cannot physically cancel noise effectively. The only pair that does this that im aware of is aforementioned Budslive but that failed. If you can find it for like 50-100 bucks id say its worth it but any more and no way.

Earpods style earphones just don't have a good enough seal to justify noise canceling, that's also why there aren't noise cancelling open backs

The Samsung Galaxy Buds Live (the Beans) actually do have this.

As others have said, the lack of a seal hurts isolation and this negatively impacts the ANC, which doesn't work anywhere near as good as something that does seal, but apparently also isn't totally useless.

this sounds like an option i would like to choose. Rather than using over ears all the time this would be great. When traveling the over ears will dominate but for a quick noisedrop these will be it.

The buds live do still have silicone covers for contact with the ears. Sounds like no big deal here, but some of us are allergic to silicone now (Thanks, in fact to Samsung's inferior silicone!) So if that is why someone else finds this, keep looking.
