Without something moving in regular speed (like a pendulum or something) and audio, my brain just sees this as sped up. I watched the video you linked and it all looked sped up too.

I'm not saying it is sped up, but without a control, my brain just can't accept that this is real time! Crazy stuff.

Does the filament have enough time to cool down? When doing small footprint high rising prints, are they stable to support the next layers?

Cool concept though, really looks like it's sped up.
