Like dialog choices, guns, factions, character customization, and other rpg elements

I just want a RPG FPS where I can use and shoot some cool firearms, while also being able to choose how I deal with the situation

I mean like there’s fallout new Vegas. Gameplay is kind of dated but the RPG elements are very strong

Borderlands comes to mind. I really enjoyed the first game they made, I gradually got disinterested by the time 2 and 3 came out. Because I haven't played 2 and 3 I can't say if they are good or not. Safe bet is that they are still good though haha

Sounds like the Mass Effect games or Cyberpunk 2077 might be your thing. There is also Remnant: From The Ashes for a more soulslike approach with gunplay.

Fallout New Vegas - I needed many mods to have proper fun with it, but vanilla game is playable

Cyberpunk 2077 - if you don't mind occasional glitches, it has good story, fun gunplay and many customization options

Borderlands 2 - best gunplay out of these 3 games, but it's more action shooter then rpg

You want Mass effects for that

I would advise you to check mod collections on fallout nexus. Most of them have good descriptions of whats included, and so you can decide what to use. You can even create different profiles using nexus, in case you end up liking different ones. This will eliminate the need of finetuning your mod setup until it works.

Cyberpunk 2077

Fallout 3, New Vegas and 4.

Borderlands (basically all of them)

Stalker is a gritter experience but very good atmospheric fun.

Metro Exodus isnt really an RPG, has just some elements.

For some strange reasons i had lots of fun with both Rage 1 and 2

High on Life - pretty fun game with very fun weapons.

Hellgate London scratches an itch that not many people have, but if you have it its a very good game.

Bloodlines. Not the best gunplay but fits all your other criteria

That would be awesome! Lets hope they dont fuck up the atmosphere, character building, have a charismatic protagonist, high quality visuals, fun gameplay, i mean everything that made mass effect big! That would be so cool!

Tale of two wastelands combines Fallout 3 and Fallout NV.

Sawyers mod is a mod by the old project lead that tweaks a bunch of stuff and makes the game a bit harder. Recommended not to do your first play through with it.

That's on par with any bethesda game, I'm sure you can gix most problems with a few mods just like bethesda, CDPR has a pretty solid modding community, idk that it's quite as big as bethesda games but still pretty good

It's an oldie, but E.Y.E Divine Cybermancy did alot of this perfectly. You barely change your appearance, but your stats, guns, and skills give you choices and you can use alot of different things for different parts. It prolly helps that I really liked the story, but it's pretty vague and weird.

Fallout, metro exodus, (the other metro games as well but they have a lot less rpg elements to them)
