Hello everyone I got a question about the persona 5 canon(probably has been asked already) but it’s more of how I should view it(unless other wise) Anyway here’s the ways I could view it

  1. Persona 5 royal is canon to strikers but due to development stuff(starting development at different times or not enough communication between teams) is why they don’t mention each other
  2. The royal content is more of an alternate reality continuation of the game

Or has Atlas said other wise about the whole canon

I would really appreciate if someone could help me out thank you in advance

So basically the 1st way I think of it is right

Honestly whichever works for you. Royale's ending works well too even if there's no mention of Dr. Maruki, since Maruki manipulated reality at that point and Kasumi went overseas to train after the events.

Makes sense even when I do play strikers and then Atlas then says it’s not canon due to royal I will still be happy(if I enjoy it)so it probably won’t matter in the future

It’s kind of like the old Star Wars games that they aren’t but they are still have good story’s even tho they aren’t canon

Yeah I just I decided that just because strikers doesn’t mention anything from royal doesn’t mean strikers is not canon to royal
