102 hours for the true ending with all achievements, and while I liked the epilogue in general, I wasn't the biggest fan of the true final boss. I found it kinda anticlimactic that you just needed to survive 2 blows and then automatically win. The Azatoth portion of the fight was pretty dope tho.
