You're just wrong. They mean the same thing. Lift vs elevator. Truck vs Lorrie. Gas vs petrol. Healthcare vs bankruptcy. It's just a regional word for exactly the same thing. This is the internet. The faster you accept that billions of people from all of the world are on here, the better off you'll be.
