I feel like I came across this same "issue" about a year ago.

What I found worked best for me was changing it up, as in games. I know it's hard when there are $70 titles out there now, but maybe stay away from the triple A titles? ( or watch videos and do research to get your best chance of getting something new and different that you're interested in?)

I've come to love indie gaming, pick up a game that's 5-10 dollars when it's on sale and you're laughing, then even if you don't get 2-3 hours out of it and never touch it again, there's no guilt.

It can be a bit intimidating switching it up like that, but there's some really great unique games out there that I would go as far as saying, changed my perspective on gaming. As well as games I've bought for $3 and put 40+ hours in

>Yeah: don't sit and play video games for very long. There's nothing wrong with not being able to focus on one thing for more than half an hour. Get a book, do some paint by number, whatever. Keep switching it up every half an hour.
