Hi,

Been looking for a souls like action rpg that has great replay value in form of new challenging game modes after you complete it. Also great plus is if there is a continue after ending to do side stuff. And new areas to open up in subsequent playthroughs.

Really challenging achievement is also a plus like completing game without dying and similar.

Played The surge and I like it a lot. It has areas that open up later.

Looked at Steelrising, there is a new game plus and the setting looks awsome. Also a completionist achievement without healing.

Are there any other games that fall into my criterias?

Thanks.

Time for dark souls 2 then. Interestingly it's the only title with special built in challenges. Beat the game with no bonfires (sat at) and no deaths (can be done separately to get each reward separately or both at once for both rewards) to get two illusory rings, making your left and right hand weapons invisible. Very cool reward and stupidly powerful in pvp as you can imagine.

well I'm assuming you already played DS games / Bloodborne / Elden Ring

you can dip your toes in Sekiro but I found it too much for me, kinda killed the internet but a lot of people enjoyed it

the only "soulsborne" game I enjoyed outside of FromSoftware was Nioh 2, lost interest in the 1st one a couple of hours in but still worth a shot if you want to check it out....the second one was just better in every way, for me anyway
