Which Fallout game is this?

There’s a game in the back of my mind that I played a few times when I was around 9 or 10, maybe. I only remember a few things from it, but I know it’s a Fallout game. I remember a part where this kid is mad that a robot messed up your birthday cake, so he wants the casserole your grandma made you. And later in the game, I’m pretty sure you tell a kid that his parents divorced because of him. Any ideas on which game it could be?
