Ahh this is the one from the clips I have seen. I am still hoping for a game about this though if it exists. Thank you. The only other game I can think of that features an enemy that moves when you are not looking at it is SCP. But there's so many different ones

IIRC there are some statues that change positions depending on where you look in Witcher 3. It was meant as an easter egg though.
