Badly optimised game. It's a really bad port like Arkham Knight.

Funny because TLOU port developer, Iron Galaxy, also ported that POS Arkham Knight too

can it be improved/fixed by the devs? was AK fixed?

AK was fixed months later. It was even taken down from Steam for a while if I remember right

AK was never truly fixed. By the time they re-released it, a new gen of hardware had come out and could brute force the game.
Edit: For those of you that don’t believe that you basically still can’t run AK on hardware from the time of release.

Not entirely true, sure, new hardware helps, but the game was beyond broken at release. It had to be somewhat fixed to make use of new hw.

Based on their Uncharted port: that runs pretty good now and is also originally by Naughty Dog and likely the same engine. Give it a few weeks / months.

worst than Arkham Knight because Arkham Knight don't require your pc have 10gb VRAM for it loading game

It's really funny. I had Arkham Knight on launch, running on the exact GPU brand that was reportedly the most problematic and I encountered no frame problems (outside of some crazy batmobile particle fx chases) and like maybe 1 or 2 crashes the entire game.

Then may as well emulate the ps3 version

Some people think they found the memory leak problem already - something to do with using an old dll of some decompiler, and replacing that file with a better one from another game fixed a chunk of stuff.
