Eh, some of us have real lives with a lot of adulting stuff to do, so between all the other stuff we have to remember to clean and maintain, it invariably happens less than we'd like it to.

As a a person with a real life who does a lot of adulting stuff, I can clean my keyboard occasionally or just choose not to eat things that are going to make it filthy.

It’s not supposed to be an achievement, that was the whole point. It doesn’t take long and any “adult” can find time to clean up something in their home or not mess it up in the first place.
