I'm no psychologist, but I imagine that thing can't be good for people who struggle with loneliness or other mental health problems. Just like things like Replika and those weird animatronic sex dolls, it seems to me like it's specifically designed to prey on those people.

Besides, it is absolutely creepy. It's basically a disembodied robot mouth; what about that isn't creepy? That doesn't mean I'm criticizing people who would use it.

Well a dildo is a disembodied penis, and thats perfectly normal... The mouth might be new, but creepy sounds a bit exagerated imo.

There is fairly large amount of people that don't suffer from loneliness, or mental health issues, buying sexdolls. I assume you are also referring to those?

Also, how hypocritical of people to call a diesmbodied mouth creepy but a dildo is perfectly fine.

The fact that this keeps going back to sex toys really just proves my point. Not to criticize anyone for using them, but this thing isn't supposed to be a sex toy.

Also, no; my concern is that this is pretty clearly designed to target people who already struggle with loneliness. I guess you could make the same argument about dildos and the like, but those are designed to sit still and maybe vibrate; this thing is specifically designed to mimic the feel and motion of actual lips.
