I have been dabbling with t shirt printing companies! But I'm currently stuck deciding between printing the individual designs or printing the entire flash sheets. I've been trying to get advice but I'm not sure who from. It's difficult

There are a few designs that stick out as solos to me, bucket of ants/paper bomber/still watching can be good alone for a tshirt. Practically all of them would be good as stickers. The full sheet has an ascetic that works on a shirt, maybe as one of those continuous no border type prints.

I would definitely buy a lot of these as individuals. I'd love a shirt with a bowling ball chasing a pin centered on it. That's fucking hilarious.
