Game idea: you drive a shitbox manual hatchback, and get trapped in driving hell, somehow. If your engine stalls, you die.

That kinda reminds me of that horror game that got popular on YouTube a while back. Basically you're driving around in the rain and a strange car starts following you and then trying to ruin you off the road. If you're car gets incapacitated the game ends.
I think it was like a big puzzle you had to solve, like to drive to the right places in the right order without letting him murder you.
