I can’t tell if this is an actual question or a reference to My Cousin Vinny.

If a question, the Jutes were one of the Germanic tribes that invaded Great Britain at some point deep in the past.

If a reference to My Cousin Vinny, we’ll done!

Literally it means a person from Juteland what used to be the Roman name for northern Denmark while Jutes were general name for tribes/people living in them.

In around 5-6th century bunch of germanic tribes, specifically Angles Saxons and Jutes, migrated to england after romans left the isle and took over most of the east south and central territory with exception of wales and north that would later become scotland, forming additional kingdoms that later would in then be conquered by scandinavians some 400 years later.
