How do they shed after their winter coat is taken care of?

Well they still shed A LOT. We were told they shed a lot before we got her, but this being our first dog we did not know what "a lot" actually meant.
If you get a lab and you keep them inside, you should know that you will see little hairs on the dishes you just washed and put away, on the clothes you just got out of your wardrobe, and also IN your underwear. I personally have not found a way to avoid it, no matter how much brushing I do.
Also, do not forget about the summer coat shedding to prepare for winter :)
With all that in mind, if you love a Labrador and give them attention they will love you with all their heart and show it to you.

Thank you! I had a cat in the past who shed a bunch as well so I'm guessing it'll be similar but more for a lab since they're just a bigger animal. I appreciate your input! Every Labrador I've met has left a very strong impression on me.

I'm biased towards labs. An aunt & uncle have been top breeders since the mid 80s. I miss the choco we had when I was growing up decades ago. Best boi ever. My folks have a yellow who's 4 yrs old now. He's from the same line as the one we had when I was young. Always fun traveling home and visiting with him too.
