I knee exactly what that product was before I even saw the title. I fucking hate Freshmen for breaking the printers and I’m the one to fix them.

Also yeah that’s pretty funny.

I graduated MechE and we did have a 3D print lab. But I believe students would just submit their models and lab techs would print for them. For your situation, are students left unsupervised to just go use the printers?

That belt is for the ender 3 neo btw, it will work with the original but won't last as long as is harder to install.

Let me tell you, there is a vast majority of people who don't find "69" funny when they see it.

For some reason, yes. The Freshmen don’t know how to best use a printer so they make so many stupid mistakes and don’t think as to why their print fails or try to fix it. For example, bed temperature is too often overlooked. The standard 50* is too cold and the bottom layers of the print WILL warp and bend. Placing prints on the least worn places(in the slicing program), orientation, and even designing their stuff to be able to be printed.

While they will never learn if they do not have access to the printers, they need to have one of the techs or a student like me overlook these settings to make sure they don’t damage a printer.

Its weird, but me immediately knowing exactly what that product was actually made me take a while to figure out what was supposed to be funny about the picture.
