The MC (the guy) is a programmer (hence the comic is webdevtoons), but he makes the mistake of calling himself a coder, and she confuses the profession with a medical coder, who prepares bills for hospital patients

This would work better if you switch the professions; I'm certain that these "medical coders" (first time hearing about them btw) are far more often mistaken as programmers than the other way around.

Makes sense. I’m trying to make a pattern of the MC being annoyed/embarrassed/shown up by the brown-haired girl so the misunderstandings would usually involve them two
