What is Turkish Ice cream?
TriangleSailor OP t1_j6l5bhs wrote
It’s called Dondurma and usually includes mastic, which gives it a bit of a “tacky” texture. This one was primarily vanilla-based with a hint of rose flavor.

I would call it ice cream with baklava. The ice cream takes over and dims the baklava. It is an overrated combo. Change my mind.
