It’s a basic pastry cream in a no-bake (Biscoff) cookie crust. The fruit keeps the surface of the pastry cream from drying and forming a skin. If your phone doesn’t have a google, I’ll be happy to type out the details. 🤓

Brushed them with diluted apricot jam (neutral, sweet flavor)
