Only on the stove. I’ve honestly never thought about using the oven! Would prolly save some stirring, and I already have it on for gołabki anyways.

Bigos is probably my favorite winter cold night meal and then my meal for the next week as well. Always eat it with a bunch of fresh dill, black bread, and good butter.

Did you do fresh cabbage and kraut or just kraut?
