My ex’s mom used to make this with venison instead of beef and it was always amazing to me how long she worked at it. Really impressed with your accomplishment here

A friend of mine does this every year and this year was the most stressful. The prosciutto was tissue thin and had tough bits he had to remove. Also there was 0 English mustard in town.
