imo cross-sections are mandatory for steak pics. But otherwise, this looks great! I love rosemary with steak, and especially having crispy rosemary + garlic WITH the steak is sooo good, they add so much texturally and flavourwise while still letting the steak shine. And I can tell you cooked them perfectly

And it really makes my blood boil whenever I see people garnish food with fresh rosemary. I know it's p much entirely for the camera/presentation, but like...yuck. It's just a waste of rosemary! If I get that on my plate I'm just picking it off before I start eating. Thank you for putting the rosemary to good use haha

Nice, I made one of these for Christmas dinner, seared it and popped it in the oven at 200c for five minutes on the middle rack.

That garlic though... chef's kiss

I used seven smashed small cloves for two 10oz T-bones, I served with three with each steak after cooking them a bit more in the pan sauce, I had to negotiate splitting it with my darling mum haha. Bite of steak with a roasted garlic clove, and a bite of steak dipped in a red wine pan sauce finished with a pad of butter...

.... I may go to the butcher on Tuesday when he's open again, I feel like steak for some reason.

Edit: I may have cheated a bit though, I remembered the container of Montreal steak spice I had in the cupboard. A proper deli blend of that stuff is worth its weight in gold, it also makes unbelievable pastrami and smoked meat.

Next time, substitute the rosemary with thyme. Trust me.
