Beautifully well done! Nothing overly complicated but damn that looks delicious! Dishes like aglio e olio, ratatouille and your chili dogs there somehow become greater than the sum of their parts. And bonus points for using boar's head.

Zap the chili in the blender for a three count so it does not have the bigger chunks. More onions - very finely diced.
