Pretty good, actually. The outer layer compliments the salmon very well, giving it a crispy and juicy texture at the same time.

I’m not sure either. It could be salmon skin because I didn’t taste any nori in it.

Interesting. I like the nori as the duxelles and the panko crust. May need to try this. I have a ton of salmon in the freezer.
