Don’t be fooled by the dirty look! ‘Masala Lemon Soda’ at Inchin Bamboo Garden (Asian fusion restaurant) has been one of the most refreshing beverages I’ve had in a long time! I requested for a refill :)

How does it taste? Like lemonade? Or is it more tea-like, earthy with lemon? Is there a savory or spicy element to it? Masala makes me think of cinnamon and chai.

Great question! It really tasted so good! It has a mix of these flavors — mint + lemon + slight spritz + woodsy spice that was pleasant tasting + hint of sweetness. I think the spice is of Indian origin.
